I am happy and honored to recommend GoEbits. We had very precious files and pictures on a hard drive. I did not realize it was not backed up. When we went to look for a few precious memories we realized the hard drive was dead. They were able to resurrect it long enough to retrieve all of our data and files and transfer them to a new external drive and we are enormously grateful. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and competent staff and I think reasonably priced, although I don't have a lot to compare it too. I chose eBits to bring my broken laptop to because of the positive reviews I'd read online and I was not disappointed. I ended up needing a new hard drive, but it cost much less than a new computer and they were able to back up all my data. The repair was prompt and the computer seems to be working fine.
