These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://goebits.com and any services provided by Elite Synergy, Inc. (DBA GoEBITS).

By using this Site or our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

GoEBITS provides computer, phone, and electronic device repair services, including diagnostics, repairs, and data recovery.

All services, whether requested online or in-store, are subject to these Terms.

2. Estimates & Quotes

All quotes provided online or in-store are:

  • Estimates only
  • Subject to change upon full inspection

Final pricing will be confirmed before repair completion.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • Accepted methods: cash, credit, and debit
  • Deposits may be required before service begins

4. Repair & Data Risk

By using our services, you acknowledge:

  • Repairs and data recovery are not guaranteed
  • Data loss may occur during repair
  • You are responsible for backing up your data before service

GoEBITS is not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of use
  • Indirect or consequential damages

5. Warranty

We offer a 60-day warranty on repairs, covering parts and labor.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering

Warranty claims are evaluated at our discretion.

6. Unclaimed Devices

Devices not picked up within 30 days after service completion or notification may be considered abandoned.

After this period, GoEBITS reserves the right to:

  • Recycle
  • Dispose of the device

No liability is accepted for unclaimed items after this period.

7. Mail-In Repairs

For mail-in services:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs
  • Shipping insurance is at the customer’s discretion
  • GoEBITS is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

GoEBITS’ liability is limited to the lesser of:

  • The amount paid for the service
  • $500

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the Site
  • Scrape or copy content without permission

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, and branding, is owned by GoEBITS and may not be used without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Any disputes shall be resolved in:
