My computer is having issues. Where do I begin?
Start by giving us a call at 206-525-2266 or by visiting one of our two Seattle locations. One of our friendly technicians will gladly give you a quick consultation but we recommend checking on your computer so we can perform a full diagnostics regimen.

We do not charge a diagnostic fee for devices covered under AppleCare+ and certain devices covered under limited warranties. A diagnostic fee is also not required for battery or display replacements of iPhones, assuming they pass certain diagnostics upon check-in.
